Based on the simulation of various scenarios of business development, a prognosis is drawn up of the future development of cash flow and results.Profit SharingOn the basis of the mutually developed Business Plan, an agreement is reached to regulate profit sharing. In each case, this takes into account the specific characteristics of the respective transactions and the personal circumstances of the innovator.
